About this role
Our clinics in the Southern region of Melbourne are seeking an enthusiastic and talented medical receptionist to join the team.
This is a permanent opportunity working Part time, Monday- Friday between the core hours off 7:00am - 5.30pm with a fantastic team who continue to develop their operations to achieve outstanding success.
This role will be rotating among the regions' clinics – Frankston, Peninsula, Rosebud, Beleura and The Bays.
What will you be doing?
The role involves being the first point of contact for all our patients (in person, call and email) and giving them the quality care associated with I-MED Radiology Network. You will be assisting patients to make and amend bookings, general preparation and billing information relating to the procedure.
This is a busy dynamic environment of regular change that will enable you to work and support patients and the wider healthcare team in the Peninsula region.
What are we seeking?
- Experience in providing quality customer experience in a reception (medical preferable) or high volume, complex customer service environment
- A pledge to your own performance and commitment to giving quality customer service
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
- Strong team skills
- Good PC and systems skills
- A positive customer focused attitude
- The willingness to receive and act on feedback
- High levels of resilience and the ability to work autonomously
- A self-motivated, reliable and conscientious approach to your work
