In this casual medical receptionist role, based at Epworth Freemasons, you will be the first point of contact for patients visiting the practice, meeting and greeting patients, managing appointments and referrals, ensuring upkeep of patient files, coordinating with our consultants and doctors, and general medical reception duties. You will be working collaboratively as part of a cohesive team reporting to the Clinics Team Leader / Clinics & Project Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into the world of medical and health administration. Candidates with strong administrative backgrounds are encouraged to apply; experience in hospitals, healthcare of medical industry would be beneficial but not essential as training can be provided. You will make an impact by:
- Leading by example with excellent customer service, time management and an aptitude for a variety of systems and software such as medical software (e.g. Best Practice/Genie)
- Building strong relationships with our consultants and patients and demonstrating the Epworth values
- Providing support to a team of staff and the Clinics Project Manager through the adoption of a can-do attitude and role-up-your-sleeves approach.
