Elite Tech Repairs (Formally Universal Phone Services Belconnen) is a phone accessories and repair provider located in Westfield Belconnen. Our mission is to provide the highest quality customer experience in the Canberra region. Established in 2013 we have grown to be the leading phone repair and accessory provider in Canberra. The store itself was refurbished in 2019 to accommodate the rapidly growing customer demands and now we have expanded our team into an additional location to keep up with demand and to facilitate our new status as Canberras only Samsung Authorised Service Centre.
Job description
We are seeking applications for a Repair Technician. The role will involve sales and customer assistance combined with repairs. At this stage, the role will be part time with the possibility increase hours as demand dictates. Note we are ideally looking for applicants with computer repair experience as that part of the business is expanding and we need to meet demand.

The ideal candidate will: - Have a vibrant personality - Be able to think quickly and act decisively - Be flexible in order to meet customer demands - Be able to establish rapport with the customers - Be able to thrive in a high pressure team environment-Be flexible and understanding to team needs
MOST IMPORTANTLY - The applicant will have common sense, a good work ethic and a willingness to always improve themselves and their team members.
Previous sales/customer service experience preferred.
Preferred: - Experience in a leadership role - Knowledge of phone models - Previous knowledge of phone/computer/tech repairs. - Someone looking for long-term employment
