Description
Are you a passionate and experienced MRI Radiographer looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for an MRI Manager to lead and support the MRI workforce across Lake Imaging and Capital Radiology sites throughout Victoria.
The MRI Manager - Victoria is responsible for supporting the delivery of consistent, high-quality MRI services across Lake Imaging and Capital Radiology clinics throughout Victoria. This role will focus on operational excellence, workforce capability, and continuous improvement, while ensuring patient-centred care. The position supports the Victorian leadership team by providing MRI-specific leadership, guidance, and strategic support to MRI radiographers. The role includes regular travel across our network of clinics in the state.
Key Responsibilities include:
Leadership and oversight of MRI service delivery across all Victorian sites
Implementing state and site-specific diary optimisation strategies to enhance revenue assurance under varying billing frameworks.
Implementation and adherence to MRI safety and quality assurance protocols
Development and facilitation of MRI training and professional development
Maintenance and optimisation of the MRI equipment fleet
Delivery of high-level clinical support, patient care, and staff collaboration
Active participation in MRI roster as required

Current AHPRA registration
