We specialise in the design, installation, and maintenance of professional security systems, including Locks and Restricted Master Keying, Safes, Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Monitoring. Based in North Parramatta, we employ 60 staff, including 20 on-road Technicians, and deliver high-quality security solutions to major commercial clients.
About the Role
We're seeking a Full-time Administration Assistant to join our busy Service Team and help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. In this role you will assist in supporting the Service Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Uploading documents and entering jobs into simPRO software
- Answer incoming calls and assist with customer enquiries
- Liaise with Technicians to ensure accurate job records
- Provide general administrative support to the Service Team
- Assist Service Manager with ad-hoc tasks as required
Skills and Experience
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Gmail
- Experience using simPRO is an advantage (training will be provided).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work both independently or in a team
- A friendly and proactive attitude
- Admin experience is adventageous but not required - full training provided
