Job Description


An exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant has become available within our Supplier Administration Services Team (SAST) within the Buying department of ALDI stores, based in Minchinbury.

This is a fixed term contract position until the 31st of January 2026.

Our SAS Team play a key role in the maintenance of Business Partner data maintenance and onboarding of business partners who are new to supplying ALDI.

What does the role look like?

  • Create and maintain business partner data in SAP
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders
  • Action ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role
  • Previous Ariba experience is preferred
  • Previous experience in SAP systems highly regarded
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy with a focus on data quality
  • Intermediate MS Office Suite skills, particularly in Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration

  • Transparent tiered salary range of $76,800 - $84,300 including Superannuation.
