What You'll Be Working On
As our Office Administrator, you'll be the face of Freedom, welcoming all employees and guests into our Support Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing the office through:
- Promptly answering calls, emails and attending to mail and couriers
- Weekly distribution and management of company store bags
- Assisting with invoicing and internal company event organisation
- Providing ad hoc administration support to the Executive Assistant, HR team and broader team when required
- Liaising with property and building managers on repairs and maintenance
What Type of Person Will Succeed
We're looking for someone who:
- Previous reception and administration experience in a corporate environment
- Proactively engage teams and individuals using a range of communication means
- Understand, anticipate and provide solutions to meet the needs of stakeholders
- Excels in time management and organisation
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office suite
