Office Administrator – Wholesale Nursery

Join our family-run nursery at scenic Lilydale, the gateway to the Yarra Valley. Larkman Nurseries supplies quality plants nationwide through wholesale and online sales and hosts three major plant events each year.
We’re looking for a proactive, organised Office Administrator to keep our office running smoothly.
- You’ll need:
- Excellent communication skills in clear, well-spoken English.
- A proactive approach with strong organisational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and computers in general (bonus points for MYOB AccountRight or other accounting software experience).
- Your role includes:
- Managing accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Answering calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Providing general office admin and event support for our annual shows.
- Helping elsewhere across the business as needed—packing orders, posting on social media, watering plants, cleaning, creating marketing materials, and more. There’s always something to do!

Applicants must have their own reliable transport, as public transport is limited. This role is 100% on-site at our Lilydale office.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
