Administrative Support and Coordination:
- Scheduling: Manage appointments, meetings, and team events.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Communication: Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate staff travel and accommodation.
- Supply Management: Order and manage office supplies, including stationery, IT equipment, and other materials.
- Facility Management: Oversee facility maintenance, cleaning, and security.
- Event Planning: Organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
2. Employee Support and Human Resources:
- Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- HR Support: Partner with the HR department to update policies and procedures.
- Performance Management: Contribute to performance reviews and staff development.
- Staff Training: Coordinate and oversee training for administrative staff.
- Recruitment: Assist with recruitment and interviewing new clerical and administrative staff.

Pay: $73,800.00 – $75,800.00 per year
