RedEarth is proudly Australian-owned and on a mission to make energy storage smarter, more reliable, and more accessible. As we scale our systems across homes, businesses, and industrial sites, we’re looking for an Operations Support Coordinator to help keep our inventory, field services, and after-sales operations running smoothly.
Officially titled Parts, Warranty and Field Service Coordinator, this is a hands-on, fast-paced role at the heart of RedEarth’s customer operations – perfect for someone who thrives on coordination, follow-through, and purpose-driven work.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll work across logistics, service coordination and customer support to help us deliver a seamless experience for every RedEarth system owner. Key responsibilities include:
Parts & Inventory – manage the flow of spare parts, from procurement to warehousing and dispatch
Warranty Support – assess, process and track warranty claims; collaborate with engineering and QA teams to find and fix root causes
Field Service Scheduling – coordinate technician visits for installs, maintenance and repairs, ensuring the right parts and tools are ready
Customer & Technician Liaison – keep communication clear, timely and helpful before and after service visits
Reporting & Improvement – track service data (e.g. turnaround times, issue trends, claim rates) to help improve performance and reduce downtime

What you bring
3+ years in a coordination, logistics, customer service, or ops support role
Strong organisation and communication skills
Confidence juggling multiple moving parts and stakeholders
Experience with ERP systems and a love of process improvement
Bonus: exposure to energy, manufacturing, field services or tech hardware
