You will be involved in ensuring an excellent patient journey which includes ensuring patient records are accurate, using our pre screening equipment, frame styling, dispensing orders, and fitting and adjusting patients glasses.

Skills and experience:
The successful candidate will have a rewarding career with Specsavers and will possess the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a fast paced retail environment or customer service environment.
- Optical experience not essential (enrollment in the Cert IV qualification available)
- Willingness to take initiative and learn new skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail
- The ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues and patients
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
