Your role

 

Design and deliver quality training and development programs, services and solutions across the state including to services outside of Youth Justice; identify training and development needs; contribute to the formulation of programs, plans & services to ensure managers and staff have the skills, tools and capabilities to perform their roles safely, professionally and with cultural competence in a child related context.
