About Your Role
- Deliver a responsive early childhood program reflecting our service philosophy and the My Time Our Place Framework.
- Create engaging and inspiring learning environments for children.
- Contribute to planning, documenting, and implementing an early childhood education program within MTOP that reflects each child’s learning and growth.
- Maintain an engaging, safe, and aesthetic learning environment based on the knowledge of the child, children, MTOP, and National Quality Standards.
About You:
- Approved School Aged Certificate III or 1-year qualification as approved by ACECQA (or working towards qualification)
- Current Blue Card, with up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
- Experience in long day care, with confidence working across multiple age groups.
- Understanding of My Time Our Place Framework and National Quality Standards
- Right to work in Australia
- Commitment to learning and professional development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage work tasks efficiently and effectively
