You’ll be welcomed (The Y way) as our Floating OSHC Supervisor (Full Time)—a key support role where you’ll step in to lead various services when needed, while also assisting with broader operations from our Head Office. What you’ll be doing
Based out of our Welshpool Head Office, you’ll step in to lead at various services when Supervisors are on leave—bringing consistency, strong leadership, and a warm presence to each location you support. When you're not covering at a service, you’ll work closely with our General Manager OSHC and broader team, contributing to a range of projects and supporting operational needs across our network. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys building relationships with different teams, and is passionate about delivering quality care and fun-filled programs for children.
You’ll be great in this role if you…
- Have an ACECQA approved qualification; Certificate IV in children’s studies, Diploma in Children’s Services (0-14), Bachelor of Education or equivalent. (Overseas qualification must be assessed by ACECQA)
- Have previously led (or mentored) a team of educators
- Have familiarity with the OSHC fun dynamic environment
- Can obtain a HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates
- Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card
- Hold a current C class driver’s license
