About the opportunity:
The Partnerships Support Coordinator plays a key role in the administrative management of both international and domestic education partnerships. This includes overseeing contract-related tasks, ensuring compliance with agreements, and maintaining accurate partner records. The role also involves close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders—locally and globally—including faculties, business units, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretariat support for partnership governance groups, including coordination and documentation
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders ensuring compliance and quality assurance
- Maintain accurate records, support the development of new resources and assist in managing partner contracts and monitoring performance
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of partnership management practices across the University
- Work as part of a highly supportive and collaborative team environment.
This role is ideally suited to candidates with experience in secretarial, governance, or quality and compliance-based positions.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Previous exposure to secretarial, governance, or compliance-focused roles (highly desirable)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with an appreciation for cultural sensitivities in multicultural environments
