Role Overview:
As a People & Culture Projects Officer, you’ll play a key role in delivering strategic HR projects that build organisational capability and support workforce sustainability. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of meaningful projects that directly shape employee experience and organisational outcomes
What You'll Do:
Working closely with the People & Culture Projects Manager and the wider P&C team, you will:
- Coordinate and support projects across areas such as capability, talent, EVP, diversity & inclusion, and leadership.
- Contribute to the development and review of policies, procedures, and resources.
- Engage with stakeholders to support the successful roll-out of initiatives.
- Provide reporting, data analysis, and administrative support to enable continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
You are an organised, proactive and collaborative professional with:
- At least 2 years’ experience supporting HR or organisational development projects.
- Strong project coordination, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- An understanding of HR practices, policies and compliance requirements.
- The ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.
- A growth mindset, curiosity, and a genuine interest in people and culture.
