Are you a university student studying Accounting or Human Resources, or a parent looking for school-friendly work hours?
This 3-6 month contract offers 20-25 hours per week in an entry-level role. You will get hands-on experience in a supportive team, with full training provided. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our workforce data is accurate, clean, and payroll-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timesheets are complete, accurate, and ready for payroll processing
- Set up employee profiles in Humanforce system
- Review and fix incomplete profiles (e.g. missing department, location, role, rate)
- Clean up and correct incorrect pay rates in Humanforce

Assist with resolving timesheet errors:
- Overlapping entries
- Invalid location, department, or role data
- Timesheets with inaccurate scan-on and/or scan-off times
- Support ad hoc tasks from P&C Data, Payroll, or Workforce Planning teams
- Perform regular audits of employee data and timesheet records
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding data processes
- Generate basic reports and summaries for payroll and HR teams
- Respond to routine payroll and HR data queries

Qualifications
✅ Requirements
- No prior system experience required – we’ll train you!
- Basic numeracy, literary, data entry, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and time management
- Currently studying or qualified in HR, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
