We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a great attitude to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, based out of our Perth depot, servicing all around Perth and the WA region.
As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for working with commercial and construction clients to provide them with tailored pest solutions

What we need from you:
- Carry out pest control Jobbing work including general pest treatments, bird work and Pre-construction termites
- Willingness to work in a wide range of environments in all weathers
- Comfortable working at heights
- Excellent customer service skills to manage, maintain, and build upon client relationships
- Communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing
- Physically fit and the ability to work autonomously and drive long distances
- High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets
- An ability to consistently work within both our client's and Rentokil's safety parameters
- Confident using a mobile phone service app/tablet
- The ability to successfully acquire a Working with Children Check
- Escalate problems to Local Service Manager or Operations Manager where appropriate
Requirements:
- Pest Management Licence and 3+ years experience in the Pest Management industry OR willingness and aptitude to undertake studies and training to obtain Pest qualification
- Full Australian Drivers licence with a minimum 3 year driving history
- Ability to build customer relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as numeracy skills
- Ability to work autonomously
The successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen as well as background checks.
