DP World Fremantle is seeking for Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Coordinator. This position is to provide a high level of clerical and administrative support to the Engineering department, ensuring optimal customer service in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities
- Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with HS&E programs and promptly reporting any hazards or incidents.
- Handle procurement and financial processes, including raising PRs/POs in Maximo, managing invoicing, and supporting accounts payable.
- Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance and major repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, while driving improvements in reporting efficiency.
- Maintain and update the CMMS to ensure accurate, up-to-date maintenance records and reliable asset tracking.
- Monitor and validate utility usage (fuel, water, and electricity) to support cost control and sustainability goals.
- Assist with inventory control and stocktakes by managing data entry and collaborating with Stores personnel.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Engineering team, ensuring seamless communication and daily operational efficiency.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in planning/scheduling coordination, ideally in heavy equipment, engineering, or industrial environments.
- Trade-related background preferred, with hands-on understanding of workshop and maintenance operations.
- Proficient in using systems such as Maximo, Oracle (for procurement/maintenance), and Microster (for payroll/rostering).
- Advanced computer literacy with strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce accurate, insightful reports.
- Thorough knowledge of administrative processes, including purchasing, receiving, and invoice management.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to customer service across all levels of the business.
