Job Description
- Translate product requirements into wireframes and high-fidelity visual designs, iterating digital interfaces based on user feedback to create seamless and engaging digital experiences
- Facilitate the creation of design artefacts for member journeys, including user flows, prototypes, interfaces, and visual designs
- Design, drive, and facilitate creative/ideation workshops with senior stakeholders, leveraging design thinking and lean design methodologies
- Create intuitive, user-friendly design interfaces for web and mobile applications grounded in human-centred design
- Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to align design decisions with business and customer goals
- Conduct and synthesise user testing and usability sessions, gathering insights to inform design decisions
- Utilise and contribute to the digital design system, ensuring consistency and innovation in componentry
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in UX/UI design
- At least 2 years’ experience delivering UX/UI designs within a fast-paced agile environment, with specific experience in mobile app design
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, prototyping tools, and user testing platforms
- Strong customer orientation and understanding of customer lifecycle, needs, and how customer insight drives experience
- Passion for co-designing meaningful digital experiences and championing the customer in design delivery
- Broad experience across user flows, UX/UI, agile development, and lean design
- Demonstrated experience in delivering commercially successful customer solutions
- Openness to, or experience with, using AI in the design process (desired)
- Key skills: strategic thinking, prototyping, innovation, problem solving, design systems, user empathy, collaboration, customer research, and attention to detail
