About the Team
Located at our Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence (MILVehCOE), the Support System team work closely together to achieve deliverables related to our landmark contract, LAND 400 Phase 2, the delivery of the Boxer vehicle to the Commonwealth of Australia.
About the Role
The Phase-In Manager is responsible for the successful establishment of the RDA Support System capability required to execute the LAND 400 Phase 2 Support Contract.
As Phase-In Manager, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:
- Develop and manage project plans and schedules to be shared with the internal services team and customer;
- Coordinate with internal teams to maximize the transfer of capability and experience from BOXER Acquisition Contract operations into the Support Program;
- Identify, track and manage Phase In issues and risks;
- Liaise with the Commonwealth and other stakeholders i.e. subcontracts and/or suppliers; and
- Assist in the development of the Support Contract Ramp Up Management Plan and other CDRLs as required.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Logistic Support, Operations Management or equivalent;
- Proven experience in managing projects utilizing Project Management Methodologies;
- Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of settings and to assimilate complex instructions easily;
- Ability to travel internationally and interstate, when required; and
- Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
