Essential Requirements:
- ICAO Commercial Pilot License with an instrument rating (commensurate with an AQF level 5 or higher)
- Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate
- IELTS minimum English proficiency level 6 or equivalent
- Approximately 500 to 1000+ flight hours
- Strong aptitude in verbal and numerical reasoning
- Demonstrated knowledge and operational proficiency in:
- Aircraft performance and loading
- Aerodynamics
- Aircraft systems
- Weather
- Aircraft instrumentation
- Crew/Cockpit Resource Management
- Pilot decision-making
- Safety and quality systems
Desirable Attributes:
- Experience and recent proficiency in operating small aircraft and single-pilot operations to CPL standards
- Experience in commercial or corporate aviation is highly recommended
- IFR Operations experience
- Experience in mountain or bush flying
Wage:
AUD $74,000 - $80,000 per year
