WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You'll be an experienced Plant Operator who's either worked with emulsion manufacturing or understand how it works.
Your key responsibilities would include:
- Operating and monitoring plant equipment to achieve optimal results
- Maintaining accurate records
- Conducting routine inspections and maintenance checks to ensure equipment functionality
- Working with the wider Emulsion Operations team to meet production expectations and maintain product quality
Our ideal candidate would have:
- Previous experience as a plant operator within manufacturing emulsion (desired)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Open Driver's Licence
- High Risk Work Licence – Forklift (essential)
- QLD Security Clearance Card (or the ability to acquire)
- Excellent health and safety practices
- A can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
- The ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
