As a Plant Operator – Backhoe, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and construction of roads, drainage assets, and other civil infrastructure. You will work under the guidance of a supervisor or leading hand, ensuring that our projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

What You Need:
- General Construction Safety "White" Card
- QLD Heavy Rigid Truck ‘HR’ Class Licence (or willingness to obtain within 12 months)
- Traffic Control Ticket (desirable)
- Certificate of Competency to Operate Road Construction Plant, especially a backhoe
- QLD “C” Class Drivers Licence or interstate equivalent
- Experience in Construction/Maintenance of Roads and Drainage
- Extensive Experience in Operating Road Construction Plant
