MC Dental Brighton has an exciting opportunity for a Practice manager/experienced FOC to lead and support a growth orientated team. This position is best suited to an experienced manager with dental industry experience. Responsibilities
- Select, hire, and supervise staff in all areas of the business, increase staff capability, achieve business targets and continuing to champion a team first culture
- Coordinate orientation of new staff and on-going training and education of our current staff
- Create, establish and manage internal office protocols and procedures to ensure office efficiency
- Monitor operations performance and drive issue resolution as needed
- Ensure that the Practice complies with relevant accreditation standards
- Motivate office personnel to serve patients and strategize growth and productivity.
What is the role?
In this role, you will be actively managing a small team to assist with all patient relations and working with providers to ensure they receive the best care and support possible.
Your duties will include:
- Patient introductions and communications
- Assist Patients with Payment Plans and Health fund claims
- Managing a small front office team to meet KPI
- Managing patient records and assist providers in patient follow ups.
- Understand and develop front-office processes and policies.
- Assist staff with daily operations
- Working with Senior Management to achieve organisational goals.

- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
