Join Our Groundwater & Hydrogeology Team – Perth
We're on the hunt for a Principal Hydrogeologist to lead projects and mentor junior staff as part of our expanding Western Australian team. You'll work closely with high-performing professionals on a range of environmental, infrastructure, mining and water resource projects across Australia.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading hydrogeological investigations and groundwater impact assessments
- Developing conceptual and numerical groundwater models
- Designing and interpreting aquifer testing programs
- Managing regulatory approvals and stakeholder engagement
- Preparing technical reports and peer reviews
- Mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development
What You’ll Need
- Degree in Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Geology or related discipline
- Minimum 8+ years' consulting experience in groundwater projects
- Strong knowledge of WA regulatory frameworks and groundwater legislation
- Experience with MODFLOW, FEFLOW or similar modelling tools
- A confident communicator who can lead projects and guide clients
- A desire to build and inspire a team around you
