Join Our Groundwater & Hydrogeology Team – Perth

We're on the hunt for a Principal Hydrogeologist to lead projects and mentor junior staff as part of our expanding Western Australian team. You'll work closely with high-performing professionals on a range of environmental, infrastructure, mining and water resource projects across Australia.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading hydrogeological investigations and groundwater impact assessments
  • Developing conceptual and numerical groundwater models
  • Designing and interpreting aquifer testing programs
  • Managing regulatory approvals and stakeholder engagement
  • Preparing technical reports and peer reviews
  • Mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development

What You’ll Need
  • Degree in Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Geology or related discipline
  • Minimum 8+ years' consulting experience in groundwater projects
  • Strong knowledge of WA regulatory frameworks and groundwater legislation
  • Experience with MODFLOW, FEFLOW or similar modelling tools
  • A confident communicator who can lead projects and guide clients
  • A desire to build and inspire a team around you
