We are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Analyst to work in our Supply Chain team located in Port Melbourne on a full time permanent basis. This position is based 100% onsite.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and deployment of process improvements, organization initiatives and projects/procurement activities
- Lead the maintenance of processes and systems
- Utilizes procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis
- Lead SAP problem solving and process mapping to improve reporting and data
- Lead the coordination and tracking of action items and metrics
- Lead required updates and changes to key supplier management procedures for planning, procurement plans, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, self-governance, and inventory analysis
- Develops and maintains relationships with customers, stakeholders and peers
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- 8-10+ years of industry experience
- Relevant experience in business, supply chain, engineering or other relevant discipline
- Ability to analyse data, draw insights and prepare reporting
- SAP knowledge and experience is a must in this role
- High proficiency in Microsoft Suite and AI tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication and organisation skills
- Ability to influence and engage others
- Ability to problem solve and make recommendations
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia

Additional Information:
This is a non-EBA IJC HAABI4 and remuneration will be commensurate with skills and experience. The successful candidate will be required to complete pre-employment checks and a 6-month probationary period.
