Product Owner, Cards Platform & Compliance

As a Product Owner, Cards Platform & Compliance you will be joining the Lending Experience and Personal Loans team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Work closely with Card Scheme partners on the delivery program
• Translate end user / customer insights into Stories complete with Acceptance Criteria, which can easily be understood by the Squad
• Perform analysis (scenario, policy, customer, data, gap, change, etc) in order to articulate business need and solution requirements.
• As the Product Owner make decisions on business requirements and articulate product vision with a strong focus on value delivery
• As the Product Owner define and own the value definition of Stories,
• Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements; adhere to process and procedures pertinent to role; and escalating events, issues or breaches as they are identified.

Experience

• Demonstrated understanding of Banking (Financial Products) and internal operations of the Bank
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and teams, helping shape backlog of key features, user stories and goals for individual sprints
• Supporting workshops, in a cross functional business and IT team through the discovery, development and operational usage stages of change.
• Strong understanding of unsecured lending products
• Delivery of scheme related chances
