Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 a year

Job Duties:
- Developing, executing, and overseeing production strategies, policies, and plans
- Organising production activities with regard to output standards, volume, cost efficiency, time constraints, and workforce needs
- Managing plant operations and quality systems by scheduling maintenance, allocating operational hours, and ensuring the availability of necessary tools and parts
- Tracking production output and expenses, and optimising processes and resource allocation to reduce costs
- Communicating production-related information and updates to other managerial personnel
- Supervising the procurement and installation of new machinery and equipment
- Leading research into production techniques and proposing and implementing improvements
- Overseeing the preparation and maintenance of production records and performance reports
- Coordinating compliance with occupational health and safety standards
- Directing the activities of production staff and assessing their performance
Successful applicants must have the following:
- A bachelor's degree or higher qualification
- At least four years of relevant experience and/or relevant vendor certification may substitute for the formal qualification.
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
- Willingness to constantly learn and be inspired.
- Possess effective communication skills
