About the role
With a diverse range of in-house brands serving both domestic and international markets, we are experiencing strong growth. We are currently seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our wine production operations and help drive our next stage of development. In this role, you’ll help drive our next stage of growth through structured planning, cross-departmental coordination, and system-based production management.
Tasks & Responsibilities
· Oversee all stages of wine production, including grape intake, fermentation, blending, bottling, and dispatch
· Develop and manage production schedules to meet demand while maintaining efficiency and cost control
· Coordinate with vineyard, winemaking, logistics, quality and export teams to ensure smooth and timely operations
· Use the Wine Tracing System (WTS) to monitor orders, track workflow, and support accurate, on-time delivery
· Ensure quality control is upheld throughout the production process, meeting both food safety standards and brand expectations
· Maintain compliance with WHS regulations, environmental policies and industry standards
· Lead, train and support production staff to build a safe, skilled and high-performing team
· Record and review production data and KPIs to identify improvements and support operational reporting
Required Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher in production management or a related field
· Minimum of 2 year’s experience managing full production processes in industrial manufacturing, from planning to final delivery.
· Strong knowledge of workflow scheduling, quality control systems, equipment maintenance, and cost control strategies
· Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams, implementing safety protocols, and promoting a culture of operational excellence
· Familiarity with digital production systems and real-time order tracking tools; able to quickly adapt to platforms such as the Wine Tracing System (WTS)
· Skilled in monitoring production KPIs, maintaining accurate records, and preparing performance reports for management

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
