Production Operator – 12-Hour Rotating Shifts
Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (Day and Night) with 4 days off between rotations

About the role:
As a Production Operator, you’ll play a key role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art equipment. This is a hands-on role that offers the chance to learn new skills, work in a team environment, and contribute to the production of high-quality building materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and fixed plant equipment.
- Perform frequent testing of products to ensure quality standards.
- Maintain all areas in a clean, workable condition.
- Accurately prepare production paperwork and process orders.
- Troubleshoot and report equipment faults or damage.
- Learn and operate across all areas of the BoardLine Plant.
- Follow Workplace Health & Safety Standards to ensure zero harm.
Use computer systems, including SAP, and demonstrate basic Excel skills.

Must Have
- A current forklift license with proven experience.
- A team player mindset with strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

- Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks using correct techniques.
Previous experience in manufacturing operations is highly valued but not essential.
