We're looking for a passionate and strategic Program Lead – Employee Experience who's passionate about making work better for everyone. In this role, you'll design and deliver effective ways to understand how our people are feeling, what they need, and how we can better support them to do their best work. Working closely with the Program Lead – Culture and Engagement, you'll play a key role bringing those insights to life through meaningful programs that improve the employee experience and boost engagement across the organisation.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- Expertise in designing and implementing listening frameworks to measure the employee experience and engagement, including experience delivering end to end enterprise wide engagement survey processes and workshops or focus groups
- Excellent ability to diagnose problems and develop quality solutions using human centred design principles (design thinking), including expertise in workshop facilitation
- Demonstrated experience developing reports, communication material and other documents for senior leaders
- Tertiary qualification in organisational psychology well regarded
This is a fixed term position available until 13 July 2026. The work location for this position is 2 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
