The Practice Manager at CatholicCare Sydney's Disability Services provides clinical and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team supporting individuals with disabilities. Reporting to the Director, the role ensures high-quality, person-centred services that help participants develop skills, pursue employment, and enhance social independence.
What you’ll be doing…
Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Leading, supervising and supporting a team of facilitators and practitioners, including providing clinical or practice supervision where relevant.
- Guiding the day-to-day implementation and coordination of group and school leaver programs.
- Ensuring services are evidence-informed, person-centred, and responsive to participant goals.
- Monitoring service performance using data and report on key metrics including participant progress and goal achievement.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders including funders and community partners
What you will need…
To be a successful candidate you will have:
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead a high performing team and maintain a positive workplace culture
- Demonstrated capacity to work with people with a disability and a commitment to workplace diversity
- Experience and understanding of the NDIS purpose, goals and operational requirements; Practice Standards and compliance requirements of the National Disability Insurance Quality and Safeguards Commission
- Demonstrated ability to build and leverage relationships across multi-functional or multi-disciplinary teams to achieve agreed objectives
- Strong organisational skills including the capacity for critical thinking and a systematic approach to prioritisation
- Demonstrated understanding of child protection, domestic and family violence and other relevant legislation as required
