Use your coordination and admin skills to support a team driving improvements across our national property network.
Your Impact:
As the Property Project Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of our property investment, fit-out, and renewal programs. You’ll work closely with project and program managers to coordinate meetings, track project progress, manage reporting and documentation, and help ensure our property portfolio continues to support high-quality learning environments for children across Australia.
Your strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication will help keep projects on track, while your commitment to quality and collaboration will contribute to improved systems and streamlined processes within the Property PMO

You’ll bring to the table:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a project delivery environment, with proven ability to provide high-quality administrative, coordination, or support within a project context
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a close-knit, team-oriented environment, contributing positively to team culture and shared outcomes
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
Desirable Experience
- Experience maintaining project or program controls, including tracking documentation, time, cost, and reporting requirements
- Familiarity with project delivery tools and frameworks, ideally within a PMO or structured project environment
- Experience in a client-side capital works or property project setting, supporting fit-outs, renewals, or infrastructure programs
