We are looking for someone who can:
- Lead and manage large-scale health system projects with a focus on digital transformation and patient-centred care, particularly in the implementation of Patient Reported Measures (PRMs).
- Collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including clinicians, consumers, carers, and health agencies to co-design and improve the use of outcomes and experience measures at the point of care.
- Provide expert advice, training, and ongoing support on PRMs and digital tools (e.g., the HOPE platform), while confidently supporting decision making around systems such as the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) to ensure alignment with strategic health priorities.

What you will be doing
The Patient Reported Measures (PRMs) Project Officer will contribute to the continue co-design, and implementation of the ACI's Patient Reported Measures Program, inclusive of digital health applications such as the Health Outcome and Patient Experience (HOPE) platform and the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) to improve the patient, staff and consumer experience within NSW Hospitals and Health Agencies.
The Patient Reported Measures Project Officer will work collaboratively with ACI Clinical Networks, Consumers, Carers, NSW Health Pillar partner agencies, Local Health Districts (LHD), Specialty Health Networks (SHN), Primary Health Networks (PHN) and Primary Health Care staff to identify and act on opportunities for reform and innovate in care delivery.
This position will undertake the full role of project management activities including project planning, stakeholder negotiation and milestone reporting. The position will provide advice on the development and implementation of the Patient Reported Measures program across NSW Health. The PRM Project Officer will require extensive systems transformation experience with a focus on the use of outcomes and experience measures at point of care.

Selection Criteria
1. Extensive experience in working with patients and carers to co-design the collection and use of self-reported outcomes and experiences at the point of care.
2. Demonstrated experience in all aspects of project management, leading implementation of large systems projects and change management within NSW Health.
3. Extensive experience and substantial knowledge of Patient Reported Measures, inclusive of digital technologies (HOPE Platform experience preferable) and capability to provide ongoing support and training for users across NSW Health.
4. Highly developed analytical skills and demonstrated ability to interpret and package complex information rapidly and accurately using verbal and written communications with minimal guidance.
