We are currently seeking a Property Coordinator to join our new Property Operations team. Reporting to our Remodelling Project Manager this role offers:

About the role
Your primary focus is to support the efficient operation of property facilities services through structured processes and administrative oversight. The role coordinates internal workflow management, expenditure tracking and collaboration to ensure responsive and well-organised service delivery.
Duties will include:
- Efficiently coordinating daily workflows and task tracking systems
- Provide administrative support such as documentation, system updates, and maintenance scheduling
- Budget and Expenditure Monitoring: Monitor property expenditure and ensure budget alignment
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate cross-team collaboration with internal departments and manage property surveys, reporting, and operational data collection
About you
- 3 or more years' experience in facilities management or property management.
- Considerable knowledge and experience in the application of legislation, policies and guidelines related to contracts, facilities and asset management.
- Practical experience in developing and evaluating procedures, policies and guidelines and information management systems.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Solid investigative and analytical skills with a focus on evidence-based reporting and recommendations.
- Effective planning and organisational skills to meet deadlines.
