Inner West, Ashfield, a long well established boutique Real Estate office are offering a full time position for a Property Manager or an assistant property manager whose looking for a challenge , this excellent position requires at least 2 years working experience, and you must hold a current Certificate of Registration.
-Essential experience in strong computer skills
-Good communication manner and friendly relationships with landlords & tenants
-Can independently handle all management issues
-Organise repairs & maintenance
-Prepare and attend NCAT hearings when required
-Must have a keen eye for detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $58,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ashfield NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Project management: 1 year (Preferred)
