As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Quality and Test Lead to support the delivery of regular implementations and upgrades across our business-critical systems within the Merchandise and Supply Chain team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our ERP and WMS platforms, with a strong focus on long-term quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
About the Role
Reporting to the Quality and Test Manager, you will lead the testing efforts for the Merchandise and Supply Chain team.
In addition, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Driving quality assurance practices across projects and BAU initiatives.
- Leading and mentoring the test team to enhance testing capabilities and maturity.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery and maintenance of testing activities and artefacts.
- Supporting the uplift of quality assurance standards across the broader SRG business.
- Championing test automation to support scalable and sustainable QA processes.
This role offers the flexibility to be based in Brisbane (Strathpine - ideal location), Sydney (Rhodes), or Melbourne (Truganina), with a hybrid work arrangement that includes at least one onsite day per week.

In addition, you will bring:
- Proven experience working in agile environments across both project-based and continuous delivery teams
- Strong leadership and coaching skills within a testing or QA function
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools
- A passion for quality and a strategic mindset focused on long-term improvement
- Nice to have: Experience with SAP ECC, merchandise or supply chain domains.
