Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and approve new suppliers, ensuring they meet company and industry quality standards.
Lead supplier audits, qualification, and performance reviews. - Investigate supplier non-conformances, manage corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure root cause analysis is conducted effectively.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Engineering to resolve supplier quality issues and implement robust quality plans.
- Support the development and implementation of supplier quality metrics.
- Ensure quality requirements are integrated into project planning and execution phases.
- Develop and maintain Project Quality Plans in line with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in design reviews, FMEAs, and risk assessments to support quality compliance.
- Lead product inspections, FATs, and validation activities to ensure project deliverables meet specifications.
- Lead and support supplier change management processes to ensure quality is maintained during design, process, or supplier transitions.

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in supplier quality and/or project quality engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of quality system management and audit programs.
- Sound knowledge of PPAP, APQP, control plans, problem solving and root cause analysis tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone).
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
