ClimaCool Air Conditioning is seeking a reliable and organised Receptionist/Admin to join our team. This is a key front-of-house role that also plays a big part in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and handling incoming calls and enquiries
- Scheduling jobs, managing calendars, and supporting our technicians
- Creating and sending invoices, quotes, and job reports
- Data entry, filing, and general office administration
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, etc.)
- Using platforms such as Xero and ServiceM8 (or similar)
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Great time management and attention to detail
- Confident computer skills – Word, Excel, cloud platforms, etc.
- Familiarity with admin tools like Xero and ServiceM8 preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- A driver’s licence and vehicle is highly recommended (for occasional errands or due to our location)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
