Join our supportive Bundaberg team as a full-time or part-time Receptionist! We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to be the crucial first point of contact for our clients, playing a key role in delivering high-quality service and boosting our overall efficiency.
About the role
As our Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to both internal and external customers via all modes of communication, including social media. You'll undertake a diverse workload as part of a team, ensuring daily functions are performed efficiently and on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting visitors, managing reception duties, and handling incoming calls.
- Delivering quality information and services face-to-face, via telephone, and email.
- Liaising with other business units to resolve client issues and staying updated on services.
- Managing all incoming/outgoing mail and monitoring general inboxes.
- Assisting with administrative functions for meetings and events.
- Maintaining accurate financial records including petty cash and reconciliations.
- Ensuring adequate supplies of consumables and supporting equipment management.
About You
- Current unencumbered Class C Drivers Licence.
- Hold or willing to obtain: a Working with Children Suitability Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening.
- A combination of relevant experience, education, and training in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years is desirable.
- Experience working in a direct customer service role within an administration environment.
- Working knowledge of social media and professional management of external communication platforms.
- Possess an energetic, willing, and 'can-do' attitude, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
