What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with hiring managers to lead and deliver the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, providing exceptional support throughout the recruitment journey.
- Align recruitment needs with our broader talent strategy to attract and retain top talent.
- Continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Champion our employer brand across platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek, and Glassdoor.
- Stay ahead of recruitment trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Reporting on recruitment statuses and performance to senior leaders.
What You’ll Bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent recruitment experience.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment processes and best-practice approaches.
- Outstanding communication skills and the confidence to engage in courageous conversations.
- A vibrant, approachable personality with the ability to connect across all levels of the business.
- High levels of motivation, resilience, and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with PageUp / Workday or similar recruitment software (preferred).
