We’re now seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead and grow our business.
As the Western Welding Services Regional Manager, you will take full ownership of our Western Australian welding supplies business, driving safety leadership, profitable growth, and operational excellence across our branch network.
What you will enjoy doing
- You will lead a safety-first culture focused on zero harm across all operations.
- Drive revenue, margin, and market share growth across WA.
- Manage regional P&L performance and implement effective commercial strategies.
- You will build strong relationships with key customers, ensuring Western Welding Services remains their supplier of choice.
- Coach and support sales and operations teams to achieve performance goals.
- Identify new market and expansion opportunities in collaboration with national stakeholders.
- Champion continuous improvement across supply chain, sales, and service functions.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team culture grounded in safety, accountability, and excellence.

- You will have proven leadership experience in a regional, branch, or multi-site role within a trade, industrial, or technical sales environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable growth.
- A deep understanding of sales, operations, and supply chain management.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and fostering high-performance culture.
- You will also have sound knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in industrial, welding, or gas sectors (highly regarded).
