The Role
We’re seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers to join our friendly team.
- Positions available: Permanent Part-Time & Casual
- Shifts: Afternoon and night shifts are especially desirable.
- Location: Work across our two Residential Aged Care facilities on our Scarborough site.
- Provide hands-on personal care including hygiene, mobility, and daily living support.
- Assist with meals, social engagement, and emotional wellbeing.
- Follow care plans and work closely with healthcare professionals.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ health and behaviour.
What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) – minimum requirement.
- Previous experience in Aged Care (preferred).
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
- Physical ability to meet the role’s demands.
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Certificate (through BallyCara).
- COVID-19 vaccinations (min. 2)
