Our Martin Place store is a busy and vibrant location in the heart of Sydney's CBD, and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail/ Hospitality Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth running of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the store to deliver excellent customer service
- Lead, train, roster, and supervise staff to maintain company standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety regulations
- Manage stock levels, supplier orders, and inventory control
- Handle customer service issues and resolve complaints effectively
- Monitor sales performance, control costs, and achieve business targets
- Report to the Area Manger/Franchise Owner on business performance
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of retail or hospitality management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Knowledge of rostering, budgeting, and stock control
- Understanding of food safety and workplace compliance requirements.
Salary & Benefits
- Annual salary: $76600- $80000 plus superannuation
- Full time, 38 hours per week
