Retail Manager, Shreeja Pty Ltd
Location: Tarneit, Victoria
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range:$75,000 – $90,000 per annum plus Superannuation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, order stock, and maintain accurate records of sales and supplies.
- Lead, train, and supervise staff, creating a high-performing and customer-focused team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, occupational health, and workplace safety standards.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Track and manage budgets and costs.
- Monitor key performance metrics, prepare reports, and support head office with data as required.
Experience & Qualifications
- A Diploma or higher qualification in the hospitality sector is essential.
- Min 2 years of experience in same industry.
- Can able to manage 10 team members with strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience in POS systems, staff rostering, and inventory control.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
