Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join our team.
As an Retail Manager you will work alongside the Assistant Retail Manager to ensure the smooth running of the store and its employees.
The Job involves:
- Planning and organising general activities, range and mix of products, stock levels and service standards
- Promoting and selling goods and services to best suit business needs
- Developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided
- Controlling the selection, training and supervision of staff
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Opening and closing the store
- Supervising and management employees including juniors
- Training and Development of all staff to achieve outstanding results
- Conducting performance evaluations
- Trial and training new employees
- Monitoring store performance and meeting KPI's
- Rostering, inventory, ordering and reporting
- Handling customer complaints and concerns
- Running a drive-thru service
- Food Preparation including deep fryer/grill use
- Cash handling and register operation
- Cleaning and maintaining the store
Qualifications
The right candidate must have:
- Strong and demonstrated management experience
- Strong leadership skills; motivating and leading a young team, setting goals and ensuring they are achieved
- Strong customer service skills
- Understanding and ability to enforce food safety regulations
- Strong time management skills
- Flexibility and able to adapt to change
- Attention to detail to ensure the store is clean and in good running order
- Training and development experience
- Motivation to keep your team motivated and on task
- Ability to work as a team with a friendly attitude and a genuine passion for the fast food industry
