We are looking for enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed store sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure all team members maintain high service standards.
- Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of current fashion sales trends, promotions, store policies, and security procedures.
- Ensure store presentation meets Heychic's brand standards, including cleanliness, merchandise displays, and stock organization.
- Manage inventory processes, including ordering, receiving, and stock level monitoring to meet sales demands.
- Provide training, coaching, and regular feedback to team members to enhance performance.
- Prepare sales reports and communicate results to senior management, recommending strategies for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the apparel retail industry, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Proven leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound business decisions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
- Passion for fashion, trend awareness, and an eye for visual merchandising.
