What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Store Associate, you’ll be the heartbeat of our store. Your day might include:
- Delivering standout customer service with a smile.
- Processing sales and returns.
- Replenishing and merchandising stock to keep the store looking fresh.
- Working as part of a fun, supportive team that celebrates wins together.
What We’re Looking For:
- Retail or hospitality experience in a fast-paced setting (a plus, not a must!).
- A team player with a can-do attitude and a love for customer interaction.
- A flair for merchandising and a passion for great products.
- Flexibility to work across mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
What to Expect in the Recruitment Process:
- Apply and create a Workday profile.
- Shortlisted candidates will receive a TJX form to schedule in their preferred day and time slot of our Group Recruitment Assessment on the 27-28 August.
- Complete Australian Working Rights Check
- Successful candidates will join our induction program on 15 September.
