Job Description
Zendesk is seeking a highly organized and collaborative project leader to drive key cross-functional initiatives within our Quote-to-Cash ecosystem. You will work closely with the US-based Business Operations team, translate business needs into technical requirements, and support GTM motions. Acting as a subject matter expert and trusted partner to the M&A team, you will help ensure seamless integration of acquisitions and efficient management of new SKU and requirement development. Your expertise and leadership will be critical to enabling scalable growth and supporting Zendesk’s ongoing business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the US-based Business Operations team and other cross-functional partners to drive strategic Quote-to-Cash initiatives and projects
Lead and manage key cross-functional projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and alignment with business objectives
Leverage deep expertise in Quote-to-Cash systems and processes to represent these functions within various project teams, with an emphasis on supporting GTM motions
Provide APAC RevOps with system & process support, enablement and change management
Translate complex business requirements and use cases into detailed technical specifications to guide successful project execution and system enhancements.
Balance long term solutions against immediate needs
Serve as a primary liaison with the M&A team to facilitate efficient and timely operational integration of acquired companies, acting as a natural handoff point between teams
Manage ongoing system testing and documentation for product launches, ensuring that all updates meet business requirements and quality standards
Support the development and rollout of new SKUs and related business requirements by working closely with product, sales, and operational stakeholders
Develop, maintain, and communicate project plans, roadmaps, and documentation to support transparency and ongoing alignment across teams
Identify and implement initiatives to optimize operational processes, correlating enablement with key finance metrics
Utilize project management tools to provide timely updates on internal projects, product releases, and roadmaps while managing program deliverables and scope for product migrations.
Help maintain comprehensive documentation of system workflows, process improvements, and enablement requirements to support a deeper understanding of operational needs.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational processes
Required Qualifications:
7+ years in financial systems, specifically focusing on the quote-to-cash process, with corporate experience and/or a background in systems consulting.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in data querying and reporting tools with experience in financial reporting systems.
Superb cross-functional experience and strong collaborative skills and the ability to work with all levels of management and across multiple and varied functional teams
Ability to communicate complex scenarios and topics to team and supervisors in a clear, logical manner
Ability to understand complex system architecture in which data flows between interconnected systems, managed by different teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with system implementations and user acceptance testing and associated documentation
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CPQ, Zuora & Netsuite; ERP Experience a plus
Strong knowledge of G-Suite applications
Understand business transformation, change management and execute plans for growth
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where adaptability is crucial.
A confident leader who can represent and advocate for Global RevOps in cross-functional forums
Experience working with remote and global teams, demonstrating the ability to learn and influence in a virtual environment
Strong facilitation abilities to guide discussions and drive outcomes.
Excellent organizational skills to balance multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Quick learner of new technologies, comfortable with reporting and analyzing data.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
